Gerrit Schreurs - The Hague Dances!
The Hague likes to describe itself as the city of dance. Gerrit SCHREURS shot twelve motifs of dancers at various city sites for THE HAGUE DANCES! organisation. The images are on display at the town hall in impressive seven metre wide formats. The series was also displayed at De Passage, the oldest indoor shopping centre in the Netherlands.
Gerrit is from The Hague and characterises his work as carefully created compositions, which places great importance on experimentation with light. He is always on the look for adventures in new places and new techniques, such as animation.
